Do you work with landowners?
Yes. We work with landowners on land investment, development agreements and joint ventures, structured around the site and what the owner wants from it.
Who carries out the construction and joinery?
Construction is delivered by our sister company Westmark London Construction, and bespoke joinery and fit-out by HM Joiners from its own workshop. Development, construction and joinery stay under one roof.
Where do you operate?
We are a London property investment and development company working on opportunities across the UK. In Syria we work through our Damascus affiliate, ALMALLA.
